The Channel Manager (CM) will be responsible for recruiting, winning, onboarding, maintaining, and
expanding relations with channel partners. This position does not have any assigned territories. The CM will
be responsible for understanding the overall sales strategy and implementing the necessary tactics to grow
sales revenue. The CM represents the entire range of company products and services to partners to achieve
partner recruitment and sale objectives.
Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
Establish productive, professional relationship with key personnel in partner accounts.
Meet and exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
Interact with customers daily and represent Asset Black in the community.
Associate Degree or equivalent education and experience.
Relevant channel sales history in telecommunications.
Strong written and verbal communication with presentation skills.
Excellent phone etiquette.
Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
CRM Experience
Sales and technical knowledge of voice and data networks.
Social media familiarity and use (particularly Facebook and LinkedIn).
Business conference/tradeshow participation.
